Even though we had way too many backwards Ks for my liking early on. The way we got the starters pitch count elevated to get into their bullpen was very good. I assume that was Geateauxs strategy.

Davis is the type of guy who needs to be in the lineup. Wasn?t a hit but did what was needed. Has not been much of that all year.

Have to stick with this lineup. Slappy being hot will give 1-4 better pitches to hit. Or is he 6th? Drank too much through first 5 innings.

Who has a better chance of getting a hit: a .250 hitter that?s had 3 at bats in the game and potentially seen the pitcher already or a .250 hitter who?s been sitting on the bench for 2.5 hours?
