Better get used to having to score a ton of runs...bc no lead is safe with our bullpen this year. With Sims hurt, that's going to make it even worse.

I wouldn't even say mid week. I'd say shagging BP balls and keeping the Gatorade refilled.

They're a bunch of douches. Quiet as a mouse until they take a lead or make a play, and then talk trash like they're the damn Yankees

Auger with 2 quick outs so far. Last one was tagged though so hopefully he can keep them guessing and the pitchers down

They were a bunch of c^nts last year, too. Probably the douchiest team we played all season, OM included.

It is so hard for me to get used to these big slower guys in the outfield. After years with Mangum and Rowdey, I feel like we have a major defensive weakness out there. I get it, we need the sticks, it's just so different than what I'm used to

Because their Coach is a total ASSHAT. He needs private security when he goes to redstick.

If we're fortunate enough to get to Omaha, it'll be interesting seeing them cover that outfield

Yeah both teams playing in the same weather but that doesn't mean that both play the same in cold weather. I still think the cold weather may hamper us for whatever reason.

Maybe. We didn't figure our pitching out till pretty late last year. We fielded a pitching staff and bullpen that very few teams the past 10 years can match.

I shouldn’t be the least bit uncomfortable with a two run lead against a Tulane team with six outs left.

    I shouldn’t be.

Well hopefully our bullpen can save us this game because our batters have lost their focus for the past 4 innings

I am very uncomfortable. This Siegel guy for Tulame. Has shut down the noise we were making in first 4 innings. 4 straight goose eggs.

Simmons-Sims. Not too far off. Hopefully Stone can channel his inner Sims closer abilities....

4 straight scoreless innings by our offense isn't helping either.

We went from see ball hit ball in the first 4 or so innings to taking strikes and swinging at bad pitches.
