Basketball team curse was ignited by DJ Stewart leaving early while not even being a draft pick. Without Stewart the team just didn't have enough firepower. You can't win consistently in today's college basketball with almost no ability to hit 3 pointers. Against Auburn we had 3 more baskets made than them and 3 more free throws made than them in regulation but they made all of that up with a 9-0 advantage on 3 pointers made. No 3 point ability is basically playing the game handicapped.

There is no set 10 run rule. The coaches have to agree on it before the game.

I agree. Still though, tolu being injured 70% of the season and Molinar going from a 43% 3-pt shooter to a 25% 3-pt shooter seems awful luck.

Another great example about Gene Morgan. Gosh we as Mississippi State fans could write a book about how to be an enduring fan despite it all.

Yea, I think the 3rd starter was either Steve King or Intorcia. Neither was very effective though.

Morgan was a freak with that sinker. He threw 18 ground outs in a regional I remember.

I think he still has our last no hitter thrown by a single pitcher.

My best memory from that CWS was how silly he made Pete Incaviglia and the OK State hitters look in that opening game.

So some are saying that Sims has been joking around and laughing in the dugout and hasn't had any medical attention. One dude said he was stretching his fingers.
This is probably just me getting my hopes up only to get crushed again.
