That?s not my words, that was basically the definition PRIOR to this new flu vaccine. It changed, which I proved. I specifically State that NOTHING is 100%. Either you can?t read or choose to overlook the truth, which is a very typical thing for a democrat to do.

I didn?t mistake it, I showed proof that the definition changed.
