I still wonder how they keep up with positivity for vaccinated vs non-vaccinated. I've been tested twice at fast pace since I was vaccinated, I was positive once, and I was negative once. I wasn't asked either time on my vaccination status
Every time I have been tested, I have been asked. Are you sure you didn't put it on the form? Are you sure they didn't already have it in the system, you know medical records are now digital, right?
