Dan doesn't have to recruit big names, but can find diamonds in the rough and coach them up. Over the next 30 years, Bowling Green finishes with 14 MAC championships, finishes in the top 25 7 times, and makes the 12-team playoff 4 times, winning 1 game in 1 of them.
