If there is a non-compete then yeah the big time players will be better off not signing and doing there own thing which in turn will lead to ask the other players working for free if they don't reach their mark where they do earn the 10k
Have to assume once they sign with TLG all deals will have to be thru TLG. There is a minimum number of events all players will be required to attend.
If the firm doesn't raise the 350K they are paying out, it will be reduced the following year. It's only a 1 year deal. Have to assume we hit that number and hopefully more. TLG is definitely making that assumption.
