What Howland coached team/players make you think we are going to see great improvement from this year to next. I have seen talent increase but not teams progressively get better with experience like they should. Every team he has had here has suffered from lack of discipline on the court and the ability to mature like they should.
I'll say it again. This coming from former players who've seen us practice. We practice soft and there's no accountability for on court discipline or mistakes.
