Because he’s better than Rick Ray. He’s done just enough to get by every year he’s been here so far, even though each of those teams should’ve been better than they were. I was afraid that would happen cause I don't think he's a team player. He started out as a team player but something changed IMO. Everyone competing with each other for their own shot now.
