I would prefer HUD. Problem with someone who has been part of a championship at a FBS level is that can be fools gold. I mean for instance someone apart of a Alabama championship team with that kind of talent at their disposal doesn’t necessarily mean they can lead a team with lesser talent to higher standards. Look no further than Joe Moorhead. I know Penn State didn’t win a championship, but Joe had Trace McSorely and Saquon Barkley.
