So tommie Frazier was a bad QB? What about Tebow or Vince young?

I think there are a few exceptions & those exceptions are when guys are complete freaks in other facets of the game, but simply don't possess NFL throwing ability.

Tebow & Young were freaks of nature athletically & size wise. Bo Nix is not.

Cam Newton would've also fit in this category. I would've ranked him a 5 star even if he wasn't as good of a passer as he turned out to be. He was a freak

When in the locker room? I was there and he looked pissed walked onto the field, looked at Fitz and walked off. Did something happen in the locker room?

What exactly is he supposed to do? He threw a fit when it happened and then he moved on. If you don't do that you aren't a very good coach.

Yep. If I was our coach during the 2017 Egg Bowl the "toxic rivalry" meeting that Cohen and Bjork or whoever their AD was would have happened a year early after the all out brawl including beating Luke and the football officials to a pulp.

I also would have been fired for leading a brawl but I would have gone out with "I regret nothing and hell yes I would have done it again. The good news is we really can't tell if Luke's face is swollen or not."

I never called Nix a bust at all. He should've been ranked a 90-92 type player as I've said the entire time. He just isn't the 5 star he was billed to be. His physical skill objectively makes him fall short of that

At MSU he was emotionally invested into his own success but not in MSU's success. At Florida, he's all in on both ends.

Never wanted to believe dan was like that but it's very clear he was checked out about halfway through 2017. Dang shame

I would agree with that. I don't know if it is a love for FL, but he knows that he was in the cat bird seat at MSU. At FL he is just another coach with high expectations, if he is ever going to win it all it will be at FL.

Yep. I'm gonna tell you I had a player run over my catcher and throw a forearm into his head and me and the other coach almost came to blows over it. We were both ejected but I couldn't just stand by and let that happen.

He was absolutely invested in MSU in year two. But things get old after awhile.

My guess is eventually he will get tired of Florida and try to go to the NFL in a couple of years. Especially after their fans get tired of his recruiting.

Coaches that do that have trouble keeping a job, and then they have trouble finding one. The way to do it is to pound their team on the field when you see them next. I saw one get accused of running up the score once after his 9th graders had scored 4 times late on the other team's 1st D. The loser got quite vocal and almost physical about it. The winner just looked at him and said, you couldn't stop my Jr high. I'll leave the varsity in and we will score 100 next year. He would have done it too. It ended well for both teams because the loser wasn't coaching in the game the next year. To make a long story short, coaches can't be fans, as much as most of them would like to. I'm sure the winner in my example would have liked nothing better than to have punched that idiot.
