Hicks can't move.
Once SEC DCs get to watch him on film, it'll be over fast

Dumpster fires don?t have a chance to beat a ranked team no matter what.....agreed Ta&m is not as advertised.....point being if it’s SEC west you better have your ***** strapped up...

Wow. Good fight Arkansas. You have to think the ark fans are disappointed in the result, but the effort was what we are all looking for.

They do when the other team has zero business being ranked. AM is the definition of mediocre.

I would be thrilled as an ark fan. Last week was pathetic; today was much improved even though it was a loss

The 2016 State team that lost to South Alabama beat a-then-#4 TAMU that season. Say what about dumpster fires not beating ranked teams?

Do you think Arkansas gives Morris another year even with improved play if they don't win? They have a lot of freshmen and the difference between Bert and Morris's offense is about as much as you can find.

I just don't know how as an SEC team you can give a guy like that a 3rd year if he wins only 3 games in year 2. Best case scenario they get to 5. You can live with that. But if they finish 1-6 can you really say yes this thing is going in the right direction?
I know Arkansas isn't what they once were, but how many SEC programs keep a coach that wins 5 games in 2 years? Vandy? Maybe??

On top of that, not only is he possibly going 0-16 in the SEC but as Shotgun mentioned, he has never won a P5 game.

Hmm. I wonder if there are any SEC programs that ever let a coach who won 3 games in year 2 stick around? Seems like I remember one. But I just can't recall. It's like there's a hole in my memory from 2004-2006. Anyone remember any football coaches from that period?
