Yeah that's what's weird to me, KState was very vocal that they were going to do whatever it took to stop Kylin. We knew Stevens would have to pass it to win but the playcalling looks like we had no idea they wouldn't have 2 deep every snap. Maybe Stevens not practicing contributed to the disjointed passing game? Till that last drive he looked bad throwing it. Maybe that's why JoMo tried ot run it so much on 1st down even when we knew they were teeing off on it. Or maybe he's just an idiot, ala playing Autry last week or the whole of last year's O (minus Auburn)

I don't think JoMo has ever had to deal much with not just being able to do what he wants to. He's still not used to having other teams take stuff away. It cost us a game or two last year.

What do you define as "nowhere"? KState is better than OM, Arky, or TN. If we win today we can go 8-4. If that's "nowhere" to you in rebuilding year then you'll never be happy. 8-4 is our sweet spot, with occasional jumps up to 10 wins. 8-4 in a down year is a huge win for us

Because it's our school too, we just choose not to believe the mountains of propaganda pushed out by our athletic department by the fan media types. Y'all choose to believe it and hang on every word of it like it's the gospel. The philosophies with our new s/c coach didn?t change a whole lot from the previous group. The difference is we?ve lost 3 first rounders on defense. Our offense hasn?t look any less conditioned than last year.
