Yes, it's fun to think about that project HS kid and dream that he could turn into a stud due to his measurables but the truth is that there is about an 80+% chance he's gonna suck and never contribute. Sure, if you can sign 4/5 star HS kids that have a much higher floor, then you should, but give me JUCOs that will contribute over taking fliers and chances on dudes that won't likely ever play.

We're about to have less dead weight on our roster than we've ever had.
Our biggest issue isn't guys developing. It's not filling every position group in recruiting causing us to backfill with JUCO's.
