This guy is throwing 84-85 mph fastballs. We should be ripping him.

So.....they called a ball 8 inches outside to mangum. Then he had to swing at some bullshit and popped out. The very next play after they call Hatcher out at 2nd. The next play, westburg gets hit running to first. He gets called out when he wasn't inside the line enough to matter. 17 it. Then allen takes one to the ankle. Well

Okay, we've been getting screwed, but they gave one back to us there.

Man, that call against Westburg changed this whole inning.

Another bad call on that Westberg play.
Also announcers bring up an interesting point. I think baseball should change to double bases at 1st but that’s not “pure” or what have you. Player safety and correct calls > Purity imo.

True, that non strike 3 call on Foscue probably made up for the out on Westburg.

Skelton looks like he couldn't hit an under arm toss right now. He needs to change his approach.

Horrible at bat by Skelton there. How was that pitcher throwing 85 mph fastballs by Skelton? Then he hits a weak grounder. 4-0 State going to the 5th.

How about just not calling the guy out running to first unless he's running in fair territory?? I mean that would work. Again, we can't get a hit with 2 on base.

Yep. He should have been able to crush those fastballs. That was a bad at bat.

I really would rather have Jordan in the 5 hole. Skelton's average has been going downhill for quite a while now.

I?m finally getting to sit down and watch live games these past few weeks and it appears Skelton?s at bat is a total wasted at bat lately. Maybe he was better at the beginning of the season and I just missed it.
