    It will never be called but that guy stealing slid off the bag when the tag was applied. He beat the throw, but the hand came off the bag.

    No, you're not wrong at all. He really struggled throwing it last year. Gilbert had much better numbers throwing out runners last year than Skelton did.

    Dangerous situation here with Dillard up. Small sometimes gives up a long ball and Dillard can hit it a mile if he gets one.

    I didn?t think I was, but he?s so good at throwing it down now that I was beginning to wonder if I was making it up. What a transformation.

    Can any of yall explain why Small is such a high K guy? Obviously his stuff isnt terrible but hes not throwing 95 on the radar

    I agree and the glove was still on him. He was out because of that but no one has the guts to make the call.

    He appears to have some nice late movement on the ball. never seen one of his pitches from behind the plate, but he may hide the ball well and it gets on the hitters before they pick it up. At least that?s what it looks like on swings and misses.
