Awesome. Love his oppo approach. Very Wes Rea-esque

Good for him. He had that double yesterday and gets a chance to show what he's made of today.

I know Keegan hasn't been great the past few outings, but I feel confident with the way we've hit that we should win today. Our bats have been pretty good this weekend against Auburn, so let Cumbest get a couple ABs and of it doesn't work out let a few others have a go at it.

It makes sense because he has power. If Gilbert and Cumbest both are going to hit .250, you may as well go with the bigger power guy to make them count

I agree. Plus, imo Gilbert has shown he can hit midweek pitching some, but he's never shown much against good competition

Bart said they had 8 that threw regularly. Butch is building something good in my opinion. Pitching wins at this level, and Butch seems to be loading up on it. But I hate the nibbling approach they showed yesterday

They’re the opposite of LSU who has no LHP and has all righties.

Watching on Watch ESPN. The broadcast keeps restarting after Keegan's first pitch. Is this happening for anyone else?

Agreed. Tough to think of who the answer could be, though. Cerantola? Plumlee?

Wow he worked out of it! Nice. Still got to have strikes and more consistency out of James as a starter
