Leaked Women's Bracket (Possible Spoiler)
According an accidental mistake, they posted the women's bracket on ESPN. I saw images, so unless its a troll job by ESPN we are a #1 seed in Portland playing Southern on Friday. Winner plays South Dakota/Clemson winner. Oregon is in our bracket.
Louisville is the #1 and UCONN # 2 in their regional.

Assuming that bracket is correct, we will absolutely sail through to the Elite 8. It's obviously ridiculous that we would play Oregon in Portland, but even with the loss to them earlier this year, I like that game for us. I may actually like it more because of the earlier loss.
It does have us playing Friday, though...which would be pretty bad for that Auburn baseball game.
-
Does it say who the 4 seed is in our regional?
-
I bet UConn is having a fit as a 2 seed.
-
I would love to be in Oregon's bracket, even if we have to play them up there.
We've already played them once this year on their home floor, so this can't be any more difficult than that & I doubt they can beat us twice anyway.
I think getting Oregon in our bracket is best case scenario for us, due to already playing them, us wanting revenge, & them not having any secrets. I think we win that game by 10+ points.

Not much to complain about, sure we have to play Oregon basically in a road game but other than that good draw. I like our chances at another Final 4 with this bracket. At that point it should be Baylor in the Final 4 which would be a fun game with the two best C in the country. Louisville is a team I do not think we match up well since they are guard oreiented hopefully Uconn takes them out.

From the leaked graphics on ESPNU, someone compiled them into one picture as well

Miami has wins over 2 number one seeds. We should get to elite 8, but sailing is a touch strong.

Don't like Miami, Don't like Oregon in Portland....but I still like us to come out of that Region
-
Yeah, hold up. Miami as our 4 seed sucks. They beat ND and Louisville. Also, Clemson is not a bad team. They will put up a fight. They hung with around with Louisville for 3 quarters and only lost 75-67.
-
Tennessee making it in is kinda ridiculous.
-
ESPN went ahead and published the brackets. It's official we are the #1 in the Portland regional with Oregon. They will still do the "selection show" at 6pm.
-
Louisville is a 1 seed in Albany, but UConn has basically a home game as a 2-seed. Same with Oregon ... we're the 1-seed, but it's essentially an Oregon home game.
What happens if we or one of the others gets knocked off in the campus games? Do they have to re-seed?

Somebody at ESPN will have to spend some time in timeout for that goof up.

They get in for the name alone.

Dang, the girls on the Belmont Bruins team can't afford new jeans.

Not only that, they're an 11 seed. Apparently no danger of being left out (unless the 12-16 spots are reserved for minor conference champions).

No, just like in the men's tournament there is no reseeding.

Chair of the committee said they were last 4 in
