If so, it just shows you point blank hiw critical staff continuity is for us. The blue bloods recruit on brand but we have to recruit through relationships. Staff turnover destroys us.
I just refuse to believe that the staff changes were the difference if we don't get these guys. Ealy and Mingo both committed to OM WITH Huff and Getsy here, Young committed to Bama and Moore decommitted from us WITH Baker still on staff. While the staff changes (except for maybe Johnson with Mingo) probably haven't helped much, I don't think they were going to be the difference in whether or not we got any of them.
