So they were supposed to in less than one year flip all these kids? Guys it doesn't work like that.

It is blatantly obvious that the majority of people on this board don't work with kids. If you don't work with kids or don't have serious connections to the staff or the university, you probably don't know dick about recruiting. 95% of what you know is message board bullcrap or stuff you've heard other people say. If you aren't interacting with kids who are being recruited, you don't have a clue as to what really is important to kids.

That's why these staying at home posts or bashing our staff for losing kids to OM, Bama, and Auburn posts are dumb and ignorant. The majority of you just don't get how many factors play in to these decisions.

With that being said, I'm going to go watch one of my former students sign a LOI to play P5 football in about 50 minutes. He's still got a big decision to make on where he's going to play. Could be SEC. But having coached the kid and taught the kid, I at least have an understanding of why things happen the way they do. Trying to make recruiting simple to understand is impossible. That's why many of our fans don't get it and are ignorant about the fact that they don't know why things happen.
