WBB upset: #17 aTm goes down to a team we beat by 51 points earlier this season

Heads up, but the guard-oriented Lamar (a team we beat 104-53 earlier this month) just took down #17 Texas A&M 74-68. It does appear that aTm was without it's all-star guard, Khennedy Carter, but I would still like to think we would roll Lamar again if we were missing a player or two.

They were great in the first half verse us. Lamar is nasty on all ball defense. With that said, we just destroyed them in the 2nd half.

Texas lost their top scorer for the year with a injury. We're gonna punk them bad at Texas. I am very curious how we do against Oregon at Oregon.

Yep, I'm also looking forward to seeing how we play against both Texas and Oregon on the road. Will also be interesting to see if we can keep up our offensive scoring -- I think we're 2nd in the nation averaging over 97 points a game (against much-lesser competition) but also inside the top 10 holding opponents to 44 points per game. Great opportunities coming up.

Yeah, we play #10 Texas this coming Sunday. We play #4 Oregon middle of December.

This was the team we were playing neck to neck out the gate, then we scored 42 points in the 3rd.

Apparently, Chennedy (sp?) Carter got suspended for violating team rules. I remember her not being able to start the game against us last year for violating team rules.

Based on how McCowan has played against Pac-12 teams in her career, including Oregon last year, I think we beat them too.
