This is on the players and coaches. Coaches obviously haven't done a great job but a couple of times we had an opportunity to make a play and didn't do it.
If we don't score on the first drive of the 2nd half the crowd is going to be dead and the players will probably be planning what they are going to say to the fans on social media. First drive of the half is the key to the rest of the season.

Or at least run something that has a chance. We go for it on 4th down and play to our own weakness. That's coaching y'all. Not players.
That was all on NoJo. He owes us 7 points.
That is the 2nd, 3rd, or perhaps even 4th time this season he has kept a scoring drive alive with stupid crap like that.
The refs dicked us on the horrendous go for it on 4th down and made sure A&M scored.

That PI on Smitherman was criminal. Ball was OOB and Smitherman didn't so much as touch him. Just watched replay.

The decision was not fine. We made fun of fuxking Orgeron when he did that against MSU back in the day. It’s NOT a good decision. At all. Shit stop making excuses for this dumbass while he runs our program into the ground. God damn

Diasagree. If you punt earlier on basically the same play why go for it. Reeks of croom.

Joe made a bad call and it was magnified by Leo getting handsy.
Just bad all around.

It was. Next play should've been PI on us though, and it wasn't called

Going for it was smart, passing was dumb.
Think about it guys, our O has a really hard time scoring. We've been running it good this drive and have a chance to score going into halftime. Our D has been playing great, and if we don't make it there's only 50ish seconds for the to try to drive on us. If we can gin 3 yards, we keep our D off the field and come away with a FG at the least.
Going for it was smart. Gives our struggling O a good chance to score, and only gives A&M 25ish yards vs a punt. It should have been a short pass or run though, not a deep ball.
If we wanted to bitch about Mullen clamming up and calling a conservative game, I'm sure as hell not going to complain about a coach going for it on 4th and 3 at their 35 when we have every reason to believe our D could hold if we didn't make it

I graduated twice there with a bachelors and masters, lecture there regularly, and I’m a booster. If you defend Moorhead you are defending mediocrity out of fear. I want MSU to grow and I refuse to accept the old mentality of pool old MSU.

It was 4th and 3 at the 36 yardline. You don't punt there. You also don't throw a bomb.

Here’s an idea. Just call all of them. A&M had more contact on our guy AND never turned around then any interference iffy call I’ve seen tonight.

Until we start getting some of those holding calls, we are not going to win. 5he holding is nullifying our DL

I’m fine with him going for it in hindsight, but the play was awful.

The first decision to punt was really, really bad. 99 out of 100 coaches would have gone for it. Moorhead lost his shit in the sideline for some reason.

The same official that made the call on 8 didn’t make the call on fourth and three, so if he makes that call we keep the ball.

Normal teams don't punt. We are an abomination before God though on offense with a punter that can max out and only punt 35 yards. That was perfect time to punt with our team
