In NCAA college baseball's super regional round, the team with the higher national seed typically hosts the best-of-three series against the other team. If both teams are regional seeds but not national seeds, the higher regional seed hosts. If both are equal seeds, they will bid for hosting rights based on criteria like facility quality and revenue potential.
The crazy issue was Arkansas hosting National seed Missouri State because a minor league team owns the MOState stadium. The minor league team in question seem like ass holes for not working out a DH of College and Minor games. Would have a bumper weekend of concessions, parking passes, and hotels.
That would be the owners of the St Louis Cardinals so yes, I can confirm that they are indeed assholes.
