You can type whatever you want, doesn't make it true. Again, it depends on what the shoulder issue is, rotator cuff tear you won't. Partial torn labrum you could very well keep velo, initially anyway. If there is no tear or very minor you mostly will keep velo. Know this from personal experience and seen it with multiple pitchers.
