LOL. Man if we can shell Arnold early we are in such great shape.

If he is hurt I'm glad we're pitching him against their ace. Helps us save the healthy guys for a better match up.

It's honestly good for planning purposes. We need to know what we can get out of him to help better plan use by the rest of the staff

Hard to imagine he would pitch if he's truly hurt.

I agree. And if he gets shelled we can go ahead and throw Simmons, Burns, Mannell, and Foster in some combination and save Williams and Dotson. Plus McPherson should be good to go tomorrow.

But if he looks good we can be aggressive and throw our big guns. I just hope we don't overextended him.

And I don't think Parker would throw him if he was truly hurt either.

Parker said yesterday Pico was day to day. He never said he wasn't going to pitch.

Only way I could see it is if the doctor says he can't injure it any further and Pico wants to pitch.

Well, Pico does have future in pro ball. I'm not saying he is a slam dunk to make it to MLB. He's not with all of the injuries. But I do think he will pitch in pro ball.

I find it hard that a doctor would ever say that in this day and age. Injuries usually cause compensation in mechanics and that can lead to other injuries.

Yeah. He's not running it up there at 93 with a bad shoulder.

Sure he could, depends on the issue. Maintaining velocity and / or break would be a bigger problem than coming out in the first inning hitting his velo.

Oh well that’s a downer! 2 run jack in the 2nd inning. I think I’ll require another anti depressant. Gentleman Jack and coke.
