It’s amazing the work this staff is doing in recruiting. A commit next year from a kid that’s a great athlete, bringing in a P5 DL late, still going after the top in state kids committed other places. They work their asses off!

Last thing I saw had him ranked number 21, so I have to imagine we've been in contact with him and his family on the specifics of what it would take for him to go to the majors.

Because you lose that scholarship when he signs. Doesn?t matter if it?s MLB, Juco, etc. If he signs, that?s a spot now.

Exactly. So on his part there is zero loss. No reason not to sign because there's nothing he's tied to. And if there's even a remote possibility he might play football, a team will take him.
One scholarship loss to potentially get a kid like that on campus is worth it.

The loss is for MSU. If he signs & he doesn't come to school you've thrown a scholarship in the trash for the 2019 class. If he doesn't sign & just enrolls you don't lose that spot.

The reason they are changing their percentage on Moore is because no one knows for sure where an elite 18 year old prospect is going to do. I would also change Pickering to 75%. As long as these prospect are visiting, no one is 100%.
