He's kind of the new age Todd Grantham. He's on his 4th SEC school and doesn't really stay long at any of the stops. He has obvious connections to Lebby as they were coordinators for Lane at the same time. We had discussions with him from the moment Lebby was hired but A&M did not want to let him go before Elko had a staff in place. They had a bunch of people wanting Elko to keep him and A&M wasn't going to buy him out of his contract and just let him go.Quote:

It was as bad but they were more opportunistic with takeaways. That has been my main gripe with us. If we are going to suck, at least take chances.
