What we are seeing is OM's strategy taken from Alabama...cheat for several years to build a championship program, set the standard, back off the cheating because then you have attention without having to cheat and then sell the "We are winning championships" sales pitch. Unfortunately they couldn't get to the championship status with their famed 2013 class. And now they are getting busted before they can move any further. I freaking love it!
Perhaps they had a leadership problem bc there aren't many top flight coaches that wanna jump on a program that has severe sanctions. Either way though, I think it was the depth issues (bc of sanctions) more than the coachingQuote:
