I don't think Joe does anything as far as the defense goes. All Joe wants to do is coach a QB, call plays, and recruit well so he can jerk off to daydreams of how good his O will be later

I think people overestimate what an LB can do. LBs are supposed to be the ones covering the flat, and they're supposed to fill gaps in run D. Basically, they're supposed to be unblocked or space fillers along the DL.

If your DL sucks ass, then OLs can get a hat on the LB and everyone goes "Oh man the LB got blown up". 95% of LBs will get blown up vs an OL, they're 50 lbs lighter.

Being a good LB is about quick reaction time and aggressive tackling. They aren't supposed to get off OL blocks, and if the DL gets shoved out of the way that's exactly what will happen

We aren't trying to win, we're using this as a scrimmage to get the O some reps. We're calling plays we think will be most relevant to winning other games, ie the normal O

Tommy is fragile and shouldn't play again for msu. Joe is overwhelmed and is one more full season from turning msu into what arkansas is currently. I know several hard nosed high school coaches who are more prepared than jomo slomo had his team tonite.

So that's the mindset our team should have... Oh ok see how this played out. It trickled down from coaches and some fans and affected this Young Team. And the players not playing is on those who made that choice to cheat.

This... Joe hasn't done Anything to trust his judgement when it comes to KT. He threw away practice reps to a QB who isn't healthy. I think Shrader is putting a bandaid on Jo ineptitude.
