Landons coaching first because he probably knows he's done and these kids are such competitors they want to help their team in anyway they can.
So who takes Friday night?
9-2 on Tanners double
I am just saying because yall attacking Bucky for voicing that opinion, but one that isn't farfetched.
Seibert may need to platoon against lefties. He's been carved up twice today.
We're smashing
10-2 on a Cumbest double.
And Brad with a double 10-2.
Playing Tulane was just what the doctor ordered, lol.
I can't believe they're leaving this guy in the game.
Also, I would like to say that I enjoy it better arguing over Sims coaching 1st base while winning big than arguing over our hitters approach and bad ABs....
RJ is hitting the ball hard, just at people
We look like a totally different team at the plate this weekend. Whatever buttons the coaches pushed, it ****ing worked. Lets hope it keeps.
On a side note Ron Swoboda
Is the color guy. He was one of the heroes of the '69 Amazin Mets for all you youngsters. Met Ron one time, super nice guy, just a regular dude.
I think a combination of 4-5 things.
1. Cold weather
2. Taken opponents litely
3. Early season not in a groove
4. NC hangover
5. Here is one I think is a real factor. Facing these 75mph fastball pitchers can really mess you up. I think we'll bat better once we start seeing 90+ pitchers every weekend.
Even our outs are piss rods.
Been a Shit Ton uh Wokeness here of late.
Yep. And I appreciate you don't turn one conversation into your whole perception of someone either. For our argument I feel very strongly there's this "the way it's always been done" culture in baseball that is destroying interest in MLB. Mike Trout should be the biggest household name in America and there is bench players in the NBA that more people recognize. Baseball needs personality while eliminating violence. That would solve the waning interest. More kids emulated Gary Sheffield or Vlad Guerrero than Aaron Judge, Pete Alonso, or Mike Trout. That's a problem.
Huge mistake by Yeager there. Hope it doesn?t cost us!
That is why Forsythe is in the game. Cannon.
Still wish he could hit about .250.
Thats why Forsythe has to play. Hell of a catch and stretch by Hancock too
