He would be a top 5 picks most years but this year may fall to almost 15...maybe even lower. If he stays would he be a top 5 pick next year? I don’t know. I am still not a fan of players having to declare. I say let all Juniors be eligible for draft. If teams want them, they will have to take them early enough where it is worth it. If not, player can return. Or better yet, if you do declare and do not get drafted, you can return to school.
