You’re right. You do a hard count and try to get them offsides. Probably get a delay and punt it from the 41 and pin them within the 10 yard line since we regularly punt it only 35-40 yards. Tamu then runs out the half and you go in leadin 7-3 and get the ball at the half. It’s a high percentage and very successfully strategy

Well Stats don't lie. Total Off 1st QTR, MSU - 124, 2nd QTR-29. TAM 1sy Qtr - 44, 2nd - 104. Total rush yards 45, most of it in the 1st. Most importantly Blown calls 5 of which the last one directly resulted in TAM TD.
