No odds on Moore? That mean something approaching 0%?

Yea I like where it is with James. Barring an Auburn offer, we should be good but they are sort of still keeping him warm. We're getting close enough to signing day that I'm not sure they will ever pull the trigger. With the other 2, yea I know others are higher but like I said, I tend to be more conservative so those percentages are where I landed. Big OV weekend for Mingo this weekend and hope to make up some serious ground.
I agree. And I would bet that a majority of the time the school just ends up dropping them a year later because they find someone else that they like better.
And as far as blueshirts go- I think schools should be allowed to have 1-3 players a year allowed to be academic scholarship guys. They can still be recruited and go on visits and things like that. I think it's ridiculous that some players are too smart to be recruited essentially.
So apparently Juwan Johnson the Penn State receiver transfer that I think we deeply need is visiting Oregon and TCU. I’m not a dude that really complains abt coaches much, but if we don’t get in this dudes list, I will honestly be pissed off because this dude played under Huff and Moorhead and we desperately need a guy like this.
My bad that was a different Juwan for TCU. But I still would be very mad if we don’t do anything with this guy.
We’ve already reached out but getting pissed off because a transfer is looking for his best opportunity to reach the league as a possible high draft pick is a stretch. We bring a connection to the staff to the table, Oregon brings a high level QB that will most likely be a top draft pick next year. That will mean a lot in his descision
Hopefully, he can get a 'fresh start.' The 6-foot-4, 225-pound Johnson had a breakout redshirt sophomore season, hauling in 54 receptions for 701 yards. His 2018 season however was marred by drops and injuries, as Johnson only totaled 25 receptions for 352 yards in 10 games.
If the coaches want him then I'm sure he can help the team. Was an Army All American out of HS (95 rating) and it came down to Penn State or Bama. He's from NJ.
Haven't heard coach Hughes' name in a while. Was wondering what kind of impact he is having right now and who he is working on?
Young, Plumlee, and Mingo
Not sure. Got to wait to see how visits go. I don't see us going 0'fr though.
I think we'll get some kind of resolution tonight with Charles Moore. We're having our in home today.
Charles Cross got a fifth star on Rivals.
Cross moved up 64 spots to number 17 on Rivals. That's a big time move.
He's not concerned with Moore. The only thing with Young is does he get the opportunities out of state he wants (a lot of teams are filled up). If he gets one of the out of state offers he wants, I won't be surprised if he goes out of state. Just don't know if those are available.
And I'm fine with this approach. We are getting to the point where we can find good kids that want to play for us. We certainly want good/great players to come to MSU. But we also have very good recruiters on staff that understand these kids. I have full confidence we can get someone else in that would work hard for us.
But I hate players jerking us around.
