There are reasons and there are excuses. Our safeties are playing shorthanded - that is a reason.
that's the thing- if you're playing a bad team you'd probably convert 4th down a lot. if you're playing a good D you won't. On average it might seem like it's a good decision to go for it, but my suspicion is that it's only a "smart decision" vs teams where you'd win no matter what you did.Quote:
