Yep, the pandering that is done for certain fanbases with the recruiting rankings really tarnishes the whole legitimacy of the ratings. At some point, maybe 45 to 60 days out from signing day I wish all of the recruiting sites would agree not to rerate anyone after that point without dramatic cause (like an arrest or something).
