This is just asinine. He can't start in the SEC but several teams like North Carolina and NC State were just fine with him starting in the ACC.

I'm trying to be patient with this young team. I just don't understand making the same mistakes over and over throughout every game. All that silly passing and losing opportunities to score over and over.
Because they are freshmen and sophomores. Peters keeps making the same mistakes over and over because A) he is an emotional player and he thinks he can take it himself at times or B) he makes the right pass but Herard muffs the pass and turns it over on the inside. Q makes mistakes because he tries too hard instead of letting the game come to him. He is still learning. Carter/Wright are making mistakes because they haven't been given a lot of minutes on top of being freshmen. Kegler has made huge strides this year but still makes boneheaded plays like the T the other night. Stapleton hasn't played organized basketball in two years and isn't fully healthy on top of being a sophomore playing wise. And on top of all this our steady senior point guard has been out the past four games of which we are 1-3 in his absense. We have talent. We are trending up; however just too much youth and inexperience to overcome our obstacles at the moment.
Bold projection... by the end of next seasion, q won't be a starter...
Peters
Nick
Kegler
Holman
Herard
Why does Cal/Arizona get a much better and more competent announcing crew than SC/MSU?
People need to chill on Q. He's a sophomore who is having to deal with SEC teams game planning to stop him for the first time. He is naturally laid back and doesn't like to force the action.
Everyone assumed he was ready because he became our best player last year...but last year's team wasn't good. He's a very good player who was forced into the 'go-to' role, not because he was ready for it.
He will be fine. He is not struggling because of the wrist, that's crazy.
Is Herard hurt on one or both hands? He has gotten really bad lately handling passes and has cost us 6-14 points a game.
Is the Ole Miss women's coach the long lost son of Frank Martin? They both have those wild ass eyes!
