Desperate to get clicks away from om's troubles. It's a shitty story. Journalism degrees from om are about as useless as law degrees these days.

I know it's never going to happen because we play with kid gloves but we ought to at least threaten to limit their access until we feel that coverage is nonbiased. It sounds like Hugh Freeze was calling and harassing media during his time. Why can't we make sure we are dealt with fairly.

In contrast The OM alum who advertise with the CL will threaten to pull their ads if they put shit about them front and center like they do us. You have to speak/vote with your wallet and we are just too nice.

To better understand the dynamic, one would be better off to compare them to the liberal democrats. Most trial lawyers are liberal democrats who don't take any BS. Hence most of their alumni. They(LD's) never stop fighting, even when they win. They just move on to the next topic or cause and fight until they win that one. It's not about the topic or cause. It's about total control of the narrative and power over those who oppose you. That's all it ever will be. That is OM in a "Nutt"shell and for those of you who follow policies more in depth than the mainstream networks know exactly what talking about.

Until these mfs actually feel a consequence for their shitty ways expect more of the same.

There's another thread on here with Rick Cleveland mining for clicks from us and people indulge it. Where's his piece on how much the plantation is wasting on not needed lawyer fees ? None of these sackless minions will touch it. MS taxpayers are basically footing the bill for a cover up and no media says a word about it.

Calm down, Kemosabe. RC doesn't work for the CL and hasn't in ages. He works for the MS Sports Hall of Fame. RC may have been a true Mustard Buzzard, but when he was sports editor at the CL, the out and out bias wasn't nearly as bad. Sure, it was slanted and we all knew it. But the CL has become the Pravda for UNM athletics since RC left.

If we want to hurt the CL, we have to stop giving them clicks and/or canceling subscriptions. Until we hit them in the wallet, nothing is going to change. Although I have been yelling for us to cut their access for years until they decide they can play ball. They need us not the other way around and it's past time we flexed our muscle on that front.
