I would assume we would waive the buyout if Joe goes to Rutgers. I think you can't afford to keep him if he doesn't get an offer. Just a guess but you could probably look at 20% reduction at ticket sales and donations. That would be a bigger loss than the $3 Mil for Joe's salary.
