This is the dumbest thing I have seen on here in a while. Fitz is a great QB at what he does well and is getting better passing the ball. There had to have been 10 drops and about 3-4 missed throws. Ross alone had 3 chances at TDs earlier in the game. He came back and caught Damien Williams later in the game and caught a TD but cost us three so he still is minus two there. As I stated earlier in this thread, Damien Williams is better at the Dak offense then Fitz but not by much. The Dak offense should have ended last year. Our personnel is more suited to the Relf offense and so is Fitz. If we go with this Dak offense, we won't win many games this year.

The big boys in the West or loaded with 4 and 5 stars. I honestly don't know how we close the gap. Shump finally makes some tough runs his Senior year and actually moves the pile. You have to play and coach 60 minutes to win a game in the West when you have less talent. We are now 8 and 0 in our last 8 games against ranked teams. Dan's record is full of victories against OCC teams, weak East teams, and toss games against West team in mainly a questionable year for them, but we hadn't done even that in the years B4 Dan. I still expect more in year 8. I don't know the answer, but doubt we have a 6 win season this year or next.

Seems to me like he could design some really good plays to get receivers out of bounds. We always almost there. Gutsy effort etc. etc.

Does anyone ever consider they should almost never come out of the locker room playing like that. But they do about 3 to 4 games every year.

I used to feel the same way, but no more. It's past time for Mullen to go. He's a shitty coach who wins games against shitty teams (9 times out of 10 at least). We will never stand a chance to win big games against better teams as long as he is our coach. It's not going to change.

I don't even think D Will is better in the "Dak offense". Fitz has the better arm as well. He's had a lot of drops, adn has just missed on a few. Give him time to work it out and he'll be great.

Yes!! I told the folks I was watching this with at halftime that we seem to always wake up against LSU late and make it interesting at the end to ultimately fail. Mullen has become too predictable.

Mullen has many faults... soft zone defense, predictable qb draws, and Rb personnel decisions. I don't think Mullen is urban Meyer or the like... I just think he's earned the right to finish the year before we can him
