No, it was when he threw it. Those sliders that they chased in the first and second innings were after he had gotten ahead with fastballs. That last inning he felt like he had to get cute and throw that pitch in fastball counts. He was nibbling and hoping they would chase. These guys aren't going to light up the scoreboard. Throw fastballs, throw strikes, and then let them chase that pitch.

Don't like it, then push for their coach to be reprimanded....he is their representative for the baseball program. So as far as I'm concerned, they're ALL bush league for allowing him to make them appear that way.

You can forget any apology. Most of their fans didn't even see the game or his comments unless they had it on tv at Morrisons at Metrocenter.
