I thought so as well. My guy swears that we had an offer on the table for him. I texted him after I saw this, and he said that Muschamp was slow playing Lebby, and Jeff got pissed and moved on.

Good for Lebby! If we had a chance with Muschamp it would have been short term until a blue blood opportunity became available.

That's what actually really sucks for us. We maybe could have hired him if we knew this was going to play out this way.

Yeah, I like Arnett but Pete K would have been a big freaking hire for us.

There has to be more to this. Pete K is a really good defensive coordinator and certainly did nothing results wise to warrant this. Texas biggest problem all year was their OL not their defense. Very strange.
