There are only 8 teams. That means he could be anywhere from the 41-48 best player.😎😎

Tulu could've made more nil money than he's gonna get in the ufl this year and maybe could've improved his nfl chances. Some people just ain't into school i guess.

He got bad advice coupled with the fact that he just wasn't ever into the school portion of things. Another case of a guy who has been told his entire life that his athletic ability would carry him through life.

And Lord knows there is a healthy list of former State players in all sports that fall in this category. Such a shame.

How much was Tulu getting in NIL?
UFL pay scale: $5,500 per week ($2,500 for inactive players) and $150 a week toward 401K contributions, with $400 a week house stipend and $55-a-day per diem stipend during travel days.

Assuming 12 games that's a little over $70k.

I can think of a bunch off the top of my head. De'Runnya is still the one that probably pains me the most. Everyone in the program was telling him he was making a bad decision and he had an agent get in his ear, an agent who had never seen him do drills, and convince him that he was going to be a Top 4 round pick and he needed to get out then.

He was never going to be a legit WR threat in the NFL without drastically changing his game. Being a giant doesn't matter if you catch the ball with your chest. He needed time to develop and refine his game. Quite possibly the worst "early departure" I can remember from State.

He still holds the record for slowest 40 yd time at the combine for a WR. RIP

He was never going to test well. He didn't have breakaway speed and knew about 4 routes. And that's coming from people who were in the WR room with him. Dak had to tell him what he was running in the huddle. He knew go, slant, box out(which was back shoulder fade), and post. I don't know that another year really would've helped him, but at least our coaches would've had a full year to work on combine stuff with him.
