We shall see next year but having Fitz gone at least would add 2 wins to our bottom line. That performance mirrored the Florida, LSU, and Kentucky games. Haven’t looked at his QBR but I bet it’s single digits.

You think we would have won any of those with Thompson? You have lost it. We probabaly lose at least two more WITHOUT Fitz. Fitz is what he is. Thompson is about the same, but not nearly as good a runner.

You can’t be serious? He accounted for 3 turnovers which led to 17 Hawkeye points. Let’s say you give that last pick to Guidry. Fine. Fitz turnovers still resulted in 14 points. He was strip sacked after holding on to the ball for 5+ seconds and that INT on a ****ing screen pass was pure shit. If he throws the ball away both times or hell even gets called for Intentional Grounding we don’t lose this game.

No. He was bad. Really bad. Sure he made the throw that should have won the game. But he was 14-32 for 132 yards with 2 picks. That freaking sucks man.
