They were in favor of 8 team playoff with automatic qualifiers. That produces a watered down playoff and promotes the non-SEC leagues. SEC would only be able to get 2 teams in which the SEC already does at 4.
Every conference and everyone involved is only concerned about their agenda. And what's best for themselves. The number 1 priority should be what's best for college football, college football fans and the student athletes.
How do you get conferences to work in the sport's best interest?
