You're being an idiot today and emotional for no reason.

Not discussing anything with you today unless you temper down and think logically.

Arkansas will not stand in the way of MSU being a good team. They're limited. We don't really compete with them for recruits and they won't be dynamic enough under Pittman to beat us if we're better than a 7 win type team.

I didn't say we would be. I just mean that when we're good, they won't be a factor

I think leach will be successful by our standards. When he gets his system rolling, we'll win 7-9 games most years. Recruiting in the 30s and throwing constantly though will put a ceiling on our program though imo. I do think it will be fun though

If we don't loose another game will we be competing for the west this year?

Sure you did "If we're competing for the west soon". That's a big IF. We're at a minimum two years from being really Improved IMO. And we better sign some D talent next round if that's going to happen.

He'll recruit better than the 30s.

I think he gets in the top 30 this year with the worst instate class in a decade or more

My point was simply that Arkansas floor has been raised, but I see nothing to suggest that their ceiling has been raised. If we're good, they won't be an issue. If we're mediocre, then Arkansas will be an issue.

Pittman looks like he's building a 5-7 win type program. I don't see much more with the style they play and the assurance that they'll lose coordinators soon

If he can get in the 20s and occasionally upper teens, that would change my opinion. I do think leach will struggle with upper level sec teams bc of talent deficit though, and we can probably go ahead and write a loss to someone we shouldn't lose to in with a pen too.

Outside of bama at the very top and Vandy at the very bottom looks like everyone else is pretty dang close. Lot of parity this year.

I think it'll be different that Mullen.

I think the air raid evens out the game a good bit because it take so much of the trench warfare out of the game where more talented teams typically dominate. That also works against us though with teams we are more talented than.

I think with Leach, we'll see more upsets of blue bloods while also losing a few more to Arkansas type teams, but I'm perfectly fine with that. Having the ability to beat a blue blood every once in a while brings hope that you can win big.

I'll take that over Mullen's style

Georgia, Florida, and aTm are all good teams imo. That's my top 4 with a good bit of distance to #5. Now 5-14, anything could happen.

He will recruit solid. I think we're going to pull an out of state 5 star at some point and the WR recruiting should be really good, which should raise our recruiting range due it being a position we've historically recruited terribly at

Everyone needs to realize Leach was a solid B hire. No doubt he will win big games and lose some clunkers almost every year. I think Cohen did well given the choices of 2019/2020, but if it was true Clawson was interested or Whittingham before Moorhead I?m not sure what he was thinking with the hires he made. 2018 should?ve been Whittingham 1 and Neal Brown 2. Last year should?ve been Clawson 1 though

A&M is bipolar. If they were playing Arkansas in their 1st game instead of Vandy, they would've lost as well.

I need more evidence of consistency from A&M before believing they're good

So the fact that Arkansas can compete and possibly win on the road at Auburn should calm everyone down a little bit about our game last week.

It still sucks that we lost, but the people insisting that Arkansas hasn't improved a lot since last year were clearly way wrong.

    This makes my head spin.

There is virtually no evidence that Leach was a B hire

Newsflash... what state is or isn't on the field has nothing to do with what I believe

This and Florida's defense is so bad they can lose to anyone in fact I'll say Florida will lose 2 more games this year
