The ref was calling it dead, though. He had his whistle in his mouth and was waiving his arms.
What you said is true, but the play was dead right there. How they didn't come together and fix that is egregious.

Those kinds of coaching mistakes is what turned me against Mullen, and now Leach has done one. Some things are just inexcusable.
