I thought we were told he was back and crow was being served...maybe he just had a below average weekend against the second worse pitching staff in the league. A weekend when I think nearly every regular starter had their average go up.

What was the exit velo from the catcher when he threw it back to the pitcher after the K?

What are you talking about? Only 1 strikeout in the last 18 AB?s proves!!....nothing because all of his metrics have stayed about the same. He?s still slumping and Auburn is a pretty poor pitching staff in the league.
ETA. For all the talk including how bad Forsyth hits, he is pretty hot right now

Well how about that Lane!

Seriously, he was batting like .100 or below in the SEC. Just the basic law of averages, plus facing some poor pitching, said that he was going to get a few hits at some point. Doesn't mean he isn't still a major liability.

I forgot my crow the other night, highly doubt he will make me go grab it anytime soon
-
It is wild to me that Hatcher has been playing regularly kinda since our Omaha run with Henderson

I was being sarcastic...he’s is like still .140 something in SEC play and next to lowest of all SEC regulars. Huge liability

Boy, this ump isn't giving our pitchers anything borderline and hasn't the entire game.
-
-
Are they going to get a run on this garbage? If that had hit his finger he would have been in PAIN.
-
big time K to leave thenm loaded by cade.
3-3 mid 6th
-
good to see Cade Smith get extended a bit to 34 pitches and face some adversity. He can build off those 2 innings.
-
Big moment there for Smith. He has got some dawg in him
-
Honestly it might have hit him but replay was really hard to tell.
Good job Cade!

I didn't see a pitch that should have been called a strike.
