No idea. How is Murphy not starting. No one can hit a shot.

Jans should be National coach of the year with this team.
They just can?t shoot.
We need to play some walk ons that can pop 3s.

We've never been this bad. EVER. We were 7-22 tonight. You could go find fans in the stands that would shoot better than that percentage.
-
We also are 11-34 from 2. We don't just stink at Free Throws. We lack touch at finishing and floaters too.
-
We should be up by 2 right now. What a joke.
-
We just can't shoot period. It's truly amazing we have no one that can shoot. At this rate we need to just go to the Sanderson and find a couple of guys who can knock a 3 down.

We're not making the tourney and honestly kinda glad we're not. Our team is bad and Jans has a lot of work to do before next season to show us something.

Jans prefers to play his people, even minutes tonight for a walk on, Jones. Stevenson, his three guards in Davis, Reed, & Horton contribute very little. Tolo is a headcase this early in the season. Give McNair more minutes until he gets it together. His horrible free throw average is killing us.
-
Legit question? how is this a D-1 basketball team?!?
-
You?ll make a lot money betting against this disaster this year.
-
Doesn't include tonight's FT disaster...
Difference this year from last...
DJ down 20.1%
Tolu down 9.7%
Matthews up 18.4%
Davis up 1%
Reed down 6.5%
Moore down 7.3%

Looks like he gets nervous when fans start hollering.

Well we weren't in the first eighteen minutes of the game.

This team shows very little. Time to give Murphy, Hamilton, and maybe even Russell more minutes. Playing hard-nosed D means little if you can't score or even hit FT's. This is bad.

He's only a Senior. He will figure it out in a couple of covid years.**

Murphy can shoot.
Reed Jr can shoot.
Davis can shoot when he catches and shoots.
The guy with the red small dreds can shoot.
DJ should be able to shoot, but he really should pump fake and drive and dish.
Tolu is 100% a liability. Cannot score around the rim. Goes up weak. Doesn?t use the various angles to the backboard like L Roberts and Mario Austin used to do. When he gets fouled, it basically is a turnover. Tolu needs to learn he is terrible at the rim. He needs the ball at about the 10 foot distance and work to the basket. If he is within 5 feet it is practically a turnover because he isn?t making layups at a high enough %.
My lineup starting next game would be, McNair, Murphy, Mathews, Davis, and Shak.
Early sub to Tolu, Reed Jr, Jeffries, Stephenson.
Shak to play additional minutes and then rotate Reed and Davis and Shak.
Our offense should be rotate corner looks, looking for the cut to the basket, and kick outs for spot 3s and backside crashing the board.
If we can get it to the elbow, look for cutters and kick outs.

Hamilton, dang I couldn?t remember that guys name. Yes they all need more minutes. And I wouldn?t be worried for who we are taking off the court, they can?t make shots anyway.

Unfortunately we are about to lose 4 of the next 5. That will put us 2-6 and 13-8 overall. We have to go 7-3 in the back half of our schedule if we want to make the tournament. That means winning all the home games at that point and @USC and @Ole Miss. Unfortunately, I don’t think our FT shooting will allow that
