I think he is too conservative. He is only going to win when he clearly has more talent. But he lacks that Pete Carroll big balls instinct to make a play call at the right time to beat a team with better talent like Alabama when he was here.
Also his recruiting killed him when he was here as far as consistently beating the better teams in the league.
Leach tells guys come here and lead the league in passing. Dan told them to work hard, they're going to have to block and after they reshirt they might start as a junior.

Unaccceptable for this to be the case with their athletic players on offense. They should have that field playing fast as possible
