    Last night....

    All the reviews and TV timeouts just took the energy out of the crowd. Something needs to be done about the reviews. Way too many.

    I left at 10:00 and there was still half the 4th quarter left. I swear that 3rd quarter was the longest quarter I've ever sat through.

    Yeah, you're right, but I liked the idea of the "TV Timeout Clock". At least you could quantify how much time was being taken for advertisements (I would say "time wasted", but the ads pay the bills).

    The two hour first half was a killer for me. I developed a real hatred for the officiating crew. They were far to deliberate in their every move on the field.

    69 total points means 11 kickoffs. Plus other commercial breaks. I would expect it to be long but still not quite as long as it was.
